Wow, even with coffee on my side the past couple weeks have felt devoid of any kind of proper energy for me. Can't seem to fuel myself, pick up the pace and get much done because I feel so utterly exhausted. No matter what I do. A new vitamin routine, restricted sugar and all that, and still, I want I want to do is nap. All day. (I don't, but I want to. I really, really want to)

When I do get the gears back in speed, I have a couple posts to share.

  1. i don't want to be preachy, but long story short- i just came off of a extremely {extremely} strict diet, and what made the biggest difference (in my- & husband's too) energy level, which was previously super LOW) is water. LOTS of water daily... more than i have ever consumed in my life. when i start to feel groggy, i drink a qt, and it seriously takes the 'brain fog' away.

    hope your energy is soon revived! at least it's friday, right? (but i guess that doesn't always mean a whole lot with kiddos & wknd projects galore... sigh.)

  3. I am in the same boat- just totally depleated this week. Maybe that's just the way August is gonna' be. Hope you get some rest this week-end (and I do too!)

  6. I feel ya! I have been feeling the exact same way this week...even though I have been napping during ALL of holden's nap times. Maybe it's the summer heat?
