Stuck ON

Chandelier.

For those of you who haven't seen this yet. Watch.
This little girl is incredible. I was not familiar with the singer, Sia prior to this video, and didn't give the song much thought hearing it on the radio, but the visual here, it's got me hooked.

  1. I hadn't heard this song before, but I love Sia. I first fell in love with her when she sang with Zero 7 {Destiny, Distractions, etc.} and no kidding - that little girl has some serious moves!!

  2. Great skills and video! Sia is such an incredible talent. Beautiful voice! That little girl kind of looks like her :) That's at least how she looked some time ago when I saw performing with Zero 7 in Chicago. You may like them too :)

  3. The gymnast in me is stoked on this. My fused spine, however, thinks it's a crock of shit. Don't know if it'd be into it without the visual component, but what a rad video.

    1. Right. the song, without the video I wouldn't have thought twice about. But I've watched it so many times, I think I like the song now too!

Really though I'd say It's the best visual I've seen in a music video in a long time. That girl makes it. Denise showed it to us a few weeks ago and we were all mesmerized.

  4. I recently took my 10 year old to her first concert to see Sara Bareillis and she did an amazing cover of this Sia song. Such a beautiful song, and now I know, a beautiful video. Here is the cover: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pXAWaovZwC4
I was introduced to Sia through one of my favorite songs, Breathe Me, which still, every time I hear it, chills me to the core. Thanks for sharing this video...

  5. the most amazing thing about this video (other than the video and choreography itself) is that the little girl has been one of the best dancers from the shoe dance moms since it started. Sia was a fan of the show and reached out to her through twitter saying she was a fan and asked her if she would be interested in starring in her new video. gotta love it!

    1. I'm so happy you shared this Lily. I was really curious as to how she found Maddie - I read she was on the show but didn't realize Sia was a fan and that twitter was involved. Such a great story!
